Why AdBlue needs its own gear

AdBlue (diesel exhaust fluid) is corrosive to many metals and is easily contaminated. Diesel pumps, hoses and nozzles must never be used for it. AdBlue equipment is made from compatible plastics and stainless steel to keep the fluid clean and your SCR system working. Keep AdBlue and diesel equipment completely separate.

Choosing an AdBlue setup

  • IBC kits: mount on a 1000 L IBC for yards and depots that use a lot of AdBlue.
  • Drum kits: suit 200 L drums for smaller fleets and farms.
  • Pump power: 12V for mobile setups, 240V for fixed installations, and manual pumps for occasional use.
  • Meters and nozzles: an AdBlue-rated auto nozzle and meter help prevent spills and track use.

Chemical and solvent transfer

For other fluids, choose a drum pump rated for the chemical you're moving. Air-operated diaphragm pumps handle a wide range of fluids where compressed air is available. Always check chemical compatibility before use.
