Faulty or incorrect items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something you bought from us is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as the Australian Consumer Law requires. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Change-of-mind returns

You can ask to return unopened parts in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. Change-of-mind returns are accepted at Flow Force Hydraulics' discretion.

Made-to-order hoses and assemblies

Hoses and fitted assemblies are made to order, so they can't be returned for change of mind once they've been cut or assembled.

How to start a return

Contact us before sending or bringing anything back, and have your order number handy. Call 0459 698 249 or email flowforcehydraulics@gmail.com. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
