Grease

Heavy-duty grease in 450g cartridges, boxes of 12 and 20kg pails for excavators, loaders, tippers, trucks, tractors and auto-greasing systems. We're an authorised seller for our suppliers and use these greases on our own machinery jobs.

Picking the right grease

  • Lithium complex EP2: a good general-purpose grease for pins, bushes and bearings on most plant.
  • Moly (molybdenum) grease: adds protection for high-load, slow-moving pivots such as excavator booms, buckets and quick hitches.
  • Water-resistant grades: suit tippers, farm gear and machines that are washed down often or work in the wet.
  • Auto-greaser grades: softer grades (NLGI 0 or 00) are often specified for centralised lube systems, so check the system maker's spec.

Cartridge or pail?

Cartridges are clean and quick for a grease gun on the machine. Pails suit workshops and auto-greaser refills with a bucket pump. See our grease guns and lubrication equipment to match.
