Shipping policy

Flow Force Hydraulics Pty Ltd (ABN 66 701 139 728) is based in Appin, NSW. There are three ways to get your order.

Free pickup from Appin

Choose pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready for collection. Pickup hours are 10am to 2pm. Please bring your order number. The pickup address is in your order confirmation.

Free local delivery

We deliver free, in-house, within 30 km of our Appin base. We'll contact you to arrange delivery.

More than 30 km from Appin: freight quoted

Postage and courier options for further afield are still being set up, so we don't show set freight prices yet. Freight is quoted after you order: we'll contact you with the cost before dispatch, and nothing is sent until you've agreed to it. If the freight cost doesn't suit, you can collect from Appin instead or cancel the order.

Timing

We'll confirm when your order will be ready once it's placed.
