1. About us

This online store is operated by Flow Force Hydraulics Pty Ltd (ABN 66 701 139 728), based in Appin NSW 2560 ("we", "us", "our"). The store is hosted on Shopify. By browsing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

3. Using the store

You must be at least 18, or using the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, or to interfere with its security or operation. We may refuse service or cancel an account where there is misuse.

4. Products and information

We try to describe products, sizes, ratings and images accurately, but colours and packaging can vary and errors can occur. It is your responsibility to make sure a hose, fitting or part is suitable for your machine and application. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if a product is unavailable or details can't be verified. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

7. Made-to-order products

Hoses and fitted assemblies are made to your specifications. Please check lengths, fittings and specifications carefully before ordering, as these items can't be returned for change of mind once cut or assembled (see our Refund policy).

8. Pickup and delivery

Free pickup is available from Appin; we'll let you know when your order is ready for collection. Free delivery is available within 30 km of Appin. Freight beyond that is quoted after you order, and nothing is sent until you agree to the cost. See our Shipping policy for details. Risk in goods passes to you on collection or delivery.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or our products. Where our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee can lawfully be limited, it is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.

11. Third-party links

The store may link to third-party websites. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Intellectual property

Content on this store, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and must not be copied without permission.

13. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy policy.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the store at the time of your order applies to that order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the courts of New South Wales.
